Dear Friends and Contributors,

I hope this message finds you well. The past few months have been filled with intensive development and refinement, and I recognise that I am overdue in providing a comprehensive update on the progress of Bing Bong: The Ultimate Guide to Leveraging Music for Effective Brand Marketing.

To ensure transparency and ongoing engagement, beginning September 1st, I will deliver monthly progress reports via this channel. These updates will offer detailed insights into the book's evolution, including the creative process, key milestones, design elements, and the comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy. Additionally, I will share exclusive excerpts from in-depth interviews with prominent industry leaders, aiming to deliver valuable, actionable content that resonates with professionals in music, branding, and marketing.

As of now, the manuscript has reached a finalised draft stage and is under review by three esteemed publishers! In parallel, I am actively conducting further interviews with my extensive network of experts and continuing to iterate on the draft to enhance its depth and relevance.

In light of recent shifts in the publishing landscape, I have taken proactive measures to design the book cover and formulate a robust GTM plan independently. This serves as a strategic contingency, ensuring seamless momentum should the traditional publishing route require adjustments.

Once again, my deepest gratitude to each of you.

To the best of my knowledge, a resource of this caliber, bridging music psychology, sonic branding strategies, and real-world case studies, has yet to exist in the market.

Your belief and support have been instrumental in bringing this vision to life, and I am profoundly appreciative.

A special acknowledgment goes to Alexandre at Berklee College of Music for authoring the pivotal Foreword, which masterfully sets the tone for the book's exploration of music's transformative role in brand marketing. Indeed, an exemplary prelude to the content ahead.

Should you have any questions, suggestions, or interest in contributing further, perhaps through an interview with someone in your network? please do not hesitate to reach out.

Bing Bong.

Charles
